Shipping Policy

We aim to pack and post all items within 1-2 business days. We sometimes see a surge in orders as a consequence of videos becoming popular, particularly on TikTok. Orders may take a bit longer if this occurs, but we will do all in our power to get them out as soon as possible.

We use the following shipping providers

• Australia Post
• Sendle
• StarTrack

Based on your order and the weight we will determine which shipping provider we will use, either way though you will be able to track your delivery.

Standard Delivery

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide for all parcels.
Orders over $150 receive FREE Regular shipping within Australia as long as the total combine weight of your order is below 5kg.

1-6 Business Days (depending on your location). Every Parcel comes with with Tracking Information If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Express Post:

$14.95 flat rate for express post 1-3 Business Days (depending on your location) Tracking will be provided for all parcels.

Express Post does not included packages that weigh more than 5kg.

Package hasn't arrived

In the rare chance that you have not received your package about 3 weeks after placing our order, please contact us. If your order is returned due to an error in your address, you will need to pay for postage to have it sent to the correct address. No refunds will be given due items being perishable..

Hot Weather Shipping Policy and Information

Despite the fact that all goods that could melt come with ice packs, they will still be put in a regular cardboard box rather than an insulated one, thus we cannot promise that they won't melt during transport on warm days. Please be aware that the Ice Packs only last for 48 hours (unless it's a day with a high of 40 degrees) it'll obviously melt quicker. Unfortunately, refunds will not be provided for melted items, so please keep this in mind before ordering.

What you can do to avoid melting:

• Select Express shipping option on checkout.
• We are located in Sydney, please keep this in mind if you live in the country or a place where delivery is only done a few times a week.
• If you selected Authority to Leave, make sure someone is around to receive the shipment so it doesn’t sit outside in the sun.
• Check the temperature in your area before shipping. Some chocolate items such as Belgium and British chocolate can melt at temperatures as low as 28 degrees.
• Place orders at the beginning of the week so they don’t sit in the depot over the weekend.
